Lets face it, men and women have very different goals when it comes to training. Our bodies have different “problem areas” and will react differently to the stress we place on them.

However this doesn’t mean that we should train differently; in fact its quite the opposite. If women want to improve their physiques it is simple; they need to become strong. Don’t waste your time by focusing on programmes that promote the use of light resistance and high repetitions. Trust us, your body will thank you for it later.

It’s simple – What makes guys get “big” will make women get lean, strong and “toned”. Why? The hormonal differences between men and women account for more than 90% of the differences in the way men and women actually respond to training. Same exercises but with very different outcomes.

We want to educate you on how to train for optimal results. For example, focusing on strength training will improve all those areas that NEVER seem to change, no matter how much effort you put in.

We also want you to rethink the long steady state cardio routines that seem to have been made popular by the “fat burning zone” that was printed on the side of a treadmill in the 80s. Sport and exercise science has moved on so its time that you do. It has been proven that high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) is the best way to promote fat loss, improving glucose metabolism and athletic capacity.
