Whats the other 20%? This is a little bit of freedom to eat what you want – we all like to eat out in restaurants but know how much it sucks when your on a diet. With the 80:20 lifestyle you wont feel restricted and nor should you. It means that on birthdays / holidays / special occasions you will have a little a piece of cake and lets face it thats the hardest part of following super restrictive diets, the pressure of failing or not being included in whats going on makes you regress and eat even more than you would have done normally. Ultimately you’ve got to enjoy yourself in life you only get one chance at it. As long as you’re not out indulging in cake and other yummy treats too often, and eating healthy the rest of the time, you will get results.
