Healthy baked omelette - A super breakfast in 15minute!
- Chop your favourite omelette fillings up, mix into egg/milk mixture. Beat together.
- Pour into muffin tin (rub some olive/coconut oil on before to stop them sticking!)
- Heat at 180c for 15 mins. Serve on what ever you like!
You can even make a couple extra and keep them in the fridge ready to warm up in hurry before work!
